She completed her BDS and MDS (Prosthodontics, Crown and Bridge) from Maharashtra University of health sciences (MUHS), Nashik. After completing her MDS she worked as an assistant professor and associate professor in Ahmedabad dental college, Gujarat. She also established the department of dental sciences at Indus Hygiea hospital Mohali, Chandigarh. Lastly, she was working as an Associate professor of Prosthodontics, crown and bridge in BBD college of dental sciences, Lucknow. She has published many research papers, book and several chapters .
